Hi, I have submitted tickets asking for my terminal to be moved on 14th 16th and 19th jan. I have not had any response not even to say they have received my request. Any ideas if this is normal as normally they seem to respond quite quickand as its now been 6 days since the 1st one im starting to get annoyed. Has anyone else had problems or is it just me they are ignoring  |
