I received an offline IM from a resident as if I had spammed the heck out of them..but yet I have not logged in since this morning.. This type of stuff seems to only happen when am offline.

I figured I'd see what happens today when I don't log in... I didn't message anyone...wtf?

I think what's happening is that you have an object in-world that is trying to give somebody something while they're in busy mode. It's a bug.

I get that sometimes too, even when I'm online (and still haven't given inventory or IMed) I just ignore it. I've never had any of these people IM me back about something that could have triggered it, so I figure it's some weird bug.

its when you own a touch-give inventory object and someone touches it while they are in busy mode

I think I've had these when people didn't pay attention to the SLEX/SLB important note that says to not be away/busy for deliveries. So my guess is also an object trying to give inventory.
