Fairly large mysterious "object payment"

I just sent an e-mail to billing @ secondlife . com but because I`m not holding my breath on them answering (which i hope they do asap, as it`s dealing with money) I wanted to ask here, I know I run the chance of this just being something silly I overlooked but....

I noticed inworld in my "account history" it is showing me that I have an object payment of over L$6K ....... I then went to secondlife.com into my transaction history and I see nothing even close to, or adding up to $6k.

Now, what exactly is an object payment? Does that mean I paid into something such as a rental box?

This is just of a concern to me and I am wondering where this figure came from and why it was taken from me. I rarely shop at all, and I paid rent at one spot today and uploaded some textures- that`s it! I did upload a large amount of textures but doesn`t that show under "Texture sound/upload" category....?

I`m at a loss, and yes, Im not looking at the stats for a week, im looking at today`s records- the 21st. If I do not hear back from billing/don`t figure this out, is there a number to call that actually gets answered?

I'm not sure if you've tried calling yet, but here are the numbers listed on the website.

Toll-Free Support Line

If none of the above resources can help, give us a call! We have toll-free support lines staffed during our office hours: 9am-6pm PST, Monday through Friday (we are shrinking our hours just a bit in anticipation of more extensive live phone service in the near future).

* 1-800-961-6851 (US and Canada)
* (00) 800 722 00010 (UK)
* (0011) 800 722 00010 (Australia)

Our direct number (not toll-free) is available worldwide:

* +1 (703) 462-1695

PLEASE NOTE: If you call us after business hours, please leave a voice mail with your Account name, Real name, email address, phone number and short description of the reason you called. Please remember to give all of the information needed and speak clearly and slowly! We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Phone Support Issues

*I don't know if they have fixed the troubles with the phone service yet. Here is the last blog post update from a few days ago regarding the issues with it. Good luck*

[UPDATE] Provider seems to have improved things somewhat, but we are still having a few issues. We appreciate your continued patience.

Our VOIP provider is having technical difficulties and we are unable to receive phone support calls on a consistent basis; some are getting through and some are not. Please bear with us while they attempt to get themselves sorted out, I will update when I have more information.

Thank you!

Which viewer are you using? There may or may not be an issue with the First Look viewer.

Im not using first look.

Anyway, thanks for the responses.

I just looked over transactions again and it seems they were just greatly, greatly delayed. The culprit is showing up- Someone paid into a rental box quite a few times, it was occupied, so they were refunded from my account.
