How do i rent out my house?

haven't found much info on house or apartment renting.

Place an ad.

If you want to get a little more high-tech, buy a rental box system and have tenants pay the box instead of you directly.

I recently bought 1024 of land and started to build my dream home, as you would. Having spoken to some of my neighbours I bought the 1024 next to me. I now have 512 as my garden and 512 rented with small house.

When looking for someone to rent I went to a friend and asked. A good firend I knew I would be happy to have as a neighbour and I would get no grief from. I suggest start by asking friends if they would like to rent, perhaps it would be easier to deal with them? I actually rent out the 512 at a much reduced rate to let someone I know who has almost no money have a place to hang out.
