Is it "normal" to reset a sim and it still be down 10 minutes later?

Not that I know of...but if you check the numbers there's only like..8k residents online. Sim I was in earlier went down 3 or 4 times within a few hours. And the numbers of people online just keep dropping and dropping. It's almost like SL is imploding tonight.
 Mick sent a notice about the Grid having problems, tp's failing, group IMs not working, and other such things. Asked residents to refrain from Asset Related Actions (IE..rezzing items and taking items into inventory) while they investigated the issue. _____________________
