Hello, I have made and saved two appearances (by clicking the 'Save As' button in the appearance panel)... but I don't know how to find them and re-apply them once I have changed my appearance. Can you please give me some pointers?

Depending on where they were saved, you can just drag them onto your Avatar. You can use the search box in the inventory window to find them.

I hope you made a new appearance (I assume you mean shape and/or skin) and saved that. Otherwise you probably overwrote yourself...

Ok, thank you, I have manged to find the outfit now, using the search as you suggested, but when I click wear, nothing happens.. even if I remove all of my clothing beforehand.

DRAG the entire folder onto your avatar. Or open the folder,and individually wear each item.
