Yesterday I purchased a puppy from Penny's Pets. About an hour later I lost my new puppy, Snoopy, during a regional restart. I posted a message on this forum and several advised that I contact Penny's Pets. I did so today and less than 30 minutes later the owner of Peppy's Pets, PennyWhistle Cameron, offered me a new puppy.
I want to thank PennyWhistle for helping me and also all those in this forum who offered me such good advice. This is the spirit that makes SL a unique experience.

One of my childhood friends had a hamster...every time he died, she got a new one and named it Peanuts again. I could never keep Peanuts II, III, and IV straight in my mind...  |

This morning, Penny contacted ME to make sure I hadn't lost a pet from her store. She was happily willing to replace it. Sadly, I did not get my pet there, so I am still without a guard dog. But... isn't that AMAZING customer service? I was really pleased with her support. We had a little chat, she showed me some cool things and I really came to like her very quickly. Next time I buy a pet, I bet you can guess where I'll go..... Isn't she sweet and honorable? I sure think so!
