Disabled account after password renovation!!!

I have been asked by LL to renew my password for security reasons..I did it on the site the 26 of june....I still cannot log in or even access my personal account page...I am using my second avatar....if searching for my name I cannot find it...It's like I disappeared, but the pieces of land I own are still there under my proprety...I cannot manage my business, and I cannot take the money in lindens I held on my account....I sent two tickets...and still not have any answer, and If I try to use the live chat it seems to be always busy or not operative, I also cannot phone the and talk to an operator because the support number is available only for people calling from the USA..and this service is not available in Europe...do u have any suggestion? I am sick and tired of it all...any I think this time I am gonna leave SL forever...after all I pay them a lot of money monthly and they seem to give no care at all to their costumers...at least european ones....any suggestion is appreciated thank you

That's a sign of a suspended account. You'll need to go through support to figure out why it got suspended and settle the issue and get it reinstated.

Did you owe any tier that wasn't paid correctly? Or buy L$ from any place other than the LindeX (eBay, etc)?And why wait so long to reset your password? That email went out well over a month ago now :confused:.
