I HAVE TRIED RELOGING, CLEARING CACHE AND REBOOTING, BUT MY INVENTORY ITEM THAT I LOST DURING A CRASH DID NOT COME BACK TO INVENTORY OR LOST AND FOUND.ARE THERE ANY RESOLVE TO THIS ISSUE?

if it is a non-transfer item you bought, you might contact the creator. knowing the problems of sl these days, some are amenable to sending you another copy.
just find the transaction information and send them that (transaction, date, time, etc).
if it's a transferable item ... you're probably out of luck.
myself, i've lost a few things (last sunday an AO stocked with a few thousand lindens of animations). i "feel your pain".
