Hi. I have some land that i would like to build a store on and rent it out. Wondering how I do this. I know to Buy renting vendor thing, but do I just add the rentor to the Access list and they can start building & selling? or do I have to do someone else? thanks in advance for help.

Make a group with an alt or an av you trust and deed the land to the group.
Have the tenant join the group (you issue invite).
I found it difficult to attract tenant to my land on mainland, so I sold instead. I find renting on sim more satisfying.

I agree with you there, I personally dislike the mainland. It could work though, my G/f just set up low prim allowment apartments on extra land she had on the mainland and they all rented out by the 3rd day. |
