I just received the following e-mail from 'LindenLabs'. The return address made me wonder, but I think that may be the company that is hosting the support system now.

In any case I felt that it might answer some questions that have been asked in the forums about the password situation.

Technical changes to the new Support Portal made it necessary for us to change some passwords. If you have not already done so, please go to the website and reset your password. If you are unable to, you may call us at 866-476-9763. International residents may file a ticket through the guest login and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
