for two days now. First Look let me log in twice, out of 50 attempts. No word on the blog, apparently logins are fine.

I tried the support page but I can't find anything that is about broken logins. What to do?

Support page -> Solution Finder -> Technical Issues -> I'm crashing or experiencing errors.

After that, click your way through three pages of possible errors until you find something that comes close to your problem. If you dont find it, submit a ticket.

I can as well not login since Sat 4:45pm SLT - some say it seems to be a issue with the automatically assigned DNS german t-online (ISP) is using. Unfortunately I have no idea where I can change the DNS settings on a windows system. If anyone can give me advice where I can change the DNS settings, please give me a hint.

I have not been able to log in all day... something about a DNS thing, I would have no idea how to mess with that.

This is so frustrating as I have stuff I need to be doing inworld.

Ok, I finally found out what to do to be able to login again.

In the settings for the TCP/IP protocol you can choose either to get an automatic assignment of an DNS or you can set specific DNS IPs as those to use.

I put in the addresses posted in another forum thread into those

194.25.2.129 and 194.25.2.130

and after that was done I could login again. So this is actually really a DNS issue, at least from germany.
