hmh....ok i will try to explain but my english is bad...

i find some items on slbutique wich have copyright (c) and bla bla bla text about it...but that item have :

copy/mod and give/resell enabled (checked)

what does it mean....can i resel it or i can....and if i can resel why he/she doesnt unchecked sell/give.. ?

ok. in case i cant resel that ,what can be happen in worst way ?

i dont wanna trubble :)

Usually these items are textures or other things that you're supposed to use as part of your own building.

The usual reason for the license is because you're allowed to copy and transfer them as part of things you create, but not in any other circumstances. The SL permissions system doesn't make that distinction: if they unchecked copy or transfer permission, you would be unable to copy or transfer the texture even if it was part of something else you'd made. In other words, anything you made using that texture would become no transfer and you wouldn't be able to give it to anyone or sell it, which would make the texture almost useless.

yes i know for textures, but what about other things....

houses, cars, vendors...etc ...i mean "object"...

can i resell it if they have copyright in the text .. ?
and copy/resell checked...

Okay, it's not really as simple as that, and if for a specific item you have reason to believe you are allowed to sell copies then contact the creator to check, but otherwise the base assumption to make is no.
