hey, someone know if it is possible to buy only 1/8 of region, and the method? where is the page in internet?

Occasionaly you see it in the Auctions sometimes smaller plots for auction but very limited.
The best way at the moment and this will give you the option of location, is to search in world on your map, there is a lot of land available and especially 8192sqm or you could find smaller cheaper plots together and then join them.
