OK, I got more land a few weeks ago, so my rate went from the normal 7.95 [ish] a month to that plus 5 USD. So now on my account page it says balance L$ XXXXX and underneath it it has a -US$ 5 in red. Now, in order for me to pay that do I have to manually take lindens out of my account, or does it automatically charge it to my credit card?

at midnight it should be debited from your payment method (paypal, credit card, etc).
