Hey Folks,

I have been looking for a nice residential parcel of land with no luck, maybe ya'll can help...

I would like to rent/buy a plot in which to place an urban style warehouse/studio home. I would prefer something not on the mainland but MIGHT consider it if the location is right.

Strictly residential and no nearby ugly builds, rotating signs, porno, or casinos/clubs. I would definately prefer a covenant that would prevent this stuff.

Anyone know of such a place?

don`t know about any locations but can tell u that u need to look for island space,
almost every region is either: trashed(junkyard), casino, sex club or just full of idiots (have all the catagories in view distance....)

I ever find some nice urban parcels via browsing the subforum "Land Sales and Rentals", you should literally browsing that forum or search for key words like "city" or "urban", hope this helps.

may i suggest renting on a private island? many have the convenants you seek and nieghbors who make sure no junkifyin goes on.

Island life is wonderful. Someone tried to set up a casino on our residential island and the estate owner was there in minutes returning all their stuff to them!!! It was great after dealing with LL Help which was like walking through hostile gum.

Keep looking for your little piece of paradise, its out there. I do like the mainland too cause of the chaos especially now that I have a beach house to retreat to.

Hey Guys,

Thanks for all the great responses. I guess I should have mentioned; I already have a gorgeous plot for my primary residence, it is on a private 'island' I guess you would call it, it is forested/woodland by a lake. Really nice and I love it - it is through the Otherland Properties - totally protected from all the SL fugly stuff. I also own a business on another private parcel, it is commercial and restricted to pretty shop builds - again I love it!

What I want is somthing similiar but in an Urban/City setting. I have actually been searching under 'urban' 'city', etc. But...no luck.

So, I know my fellow residents out there have a wealth of knowledge...btw, I would like it to support at least 600 (or more) prims. (If someone wants to offer...
