Since the update group PMs have been borked, but if I'm persistant I can usualy get my letters out to at least one group. But, I've noticed that recently even when I can announce letters fewer and fewer people have been coming, I've barely had any blinging hoppers at all today.
I was wondering whether that's because people are so fed up with hearing that Billybob Underdunk, et al, has left the session and decided to leave the groups or if people aren't coming because maybe they've already got all my stuff.
Do you own a business with lucky chairs? Have you noticed a drop in hopping? Have you given up on hopping for the time being and fled the groups?
Vale

Vale I have to say, the constant "Soandso has left the session" is bringing me close to leaving the groups so there's a good chance thats a factor. I've also noticed a drop off in posts about the chairs themselves, whether that means people aren't posting or that posts aren't getting through though, I don't know...

i have left all my lucky chair groups due partly to that but mainly because business owners spam the channel with their chairs to often.

Hopefully LL will apply the fix soon, and we'll be back to normal... in the mean time, hang on in there... it'll improve.

plus your message can get lost in the spam
figure 400 (a small to medium group) lines of something like this:
so-n-so has left this session so-n-so has left this session so-n-so has left this session so-n-so has left this session so-n-so has left this session so-n-so has left this session so-n-so has left this session so-n-so has left this session chair on A at my store so-n-so has left this session so-n-so has left this session so-n-so has left this session so-n-so has left this session so-n-so has left this session
your 1 line could get easily scrolled off their screens and lost amidst the spam

It's true, they do, but that's really the nature of lucky chair groups from what I've seen. The deal is if one business starts spamming their letters then so do the rest, the ones who decide they don't want to bother people with spammed letters don't get any hoppers. Vale

I swung by to check out the new store Vale, very nice by the way (though I thought I might be burned as a witch at any time hehe). Anyway, there were lots of peeps around the chairs so maybe things are turning around
