Help! Sold Land that was Group Deeded

I sold a parcel of land while it was still deeded to my group. The money did not come to me or any other member of the group and I can't get a Linden to respond to multilple calls or e-mails. I got an auto response 2 days ago to my e-mail and nothing since. Has anyone had this problem if so, is it resolvable? Thanks

Who takes part in the accounting? AND, it takes up to 24 hours for the money to transfer. You won't get it right away, but it will be paid.

You should immediately undeed it to the group. You will then receive the money when LL does the accounting.

I did that once.

My solution was to kick everyone out of the group except my best freind and then she gave me the share she got when the accounting went through.

Do you have to kick everyone out? Couldn't you just go into Roles and deselect the accounting ability for everyone except yourself?

Either way, it would need to be done ASAP before the accounting happened overnight.

Unfortunately the sale went through May 18th and none of us has sen the $L yet. I will do as suggested and hope for the best. Any other suggestions are welcome

This is what I had to do too. I was a newb and had a bunch of newbs in my group, all I could think was kick them out because I probably couldn't trust them to give me the money back.

Have you tried [email]inworldsupport@secondlife.com[/email] as well? This isn't anything someone on the forums can really help you with, and the forums aren't generally the greatest place for support.

There are some things you can do to see what happened:

In the group window of the group that owned the land (Edit / Groups - leftclick the group and click "Info" go to the Land & L$ tab and check the group's balance. It's possible the money is stuck and not paying out.

If there's no balance there, then either the money didn't reach the group (seems unlikely, but possible) or it did pay out, it just didn't go to you.

To see who would currently get paid out: Members & Roles tab, Abilities tab, scroll down to Accounting and click "Pay liabilities and receive group dividends". Anyone listed there would get a share of the land sale.

Finally, if it's a rather large group, go to http://secondlife.com/account/transactions.php and go over all your transactions since May 18th. If it was split over a large number of group members, then the amount might have been too small for you to even notice that you did get it.

I don't get the liablity section either.
I am paying everything, no one pays liablity but in one group when I sold stuff all members got it in spite of the settings.
Is there something I am missing?
Btw I sold land with smaller private group setting.
I sold something on 18th, in the group $ settings it says next group payment for such and such a month member would be paid on the 22nd but I got it the following day on 19th.

By default, all members pay liabilities and take part in accounting. Unless this box is unchecked, any joe schmo in your group would benefit from a sale.

Question to about this,

I have group 3 members, in the role everyone pay group etc is off.
In a role callled splitter this is on.
Two members are in the role splitter, how come that in Land and L$ it still says
for example 2100 each 700 ? (divide bye 3)

The group info screen will still calculate their share, even if they are not paid. And anyone that has that on, in any role, will get paid, even if they are not in default role "everyone".
