Is it a separate program? I created a name for my daughter, but it won't let her sign in. Help.

I signed my daughter up awhile back and all I did was create a new name/alt, punch in the correct DOB for her and it automatically directed her to the Teen Grid.
I did not have to download a separate SL program.

Are you using the same credit card details for you and your daughter ? I've read somewhere that there were some issues with this. If that is the case, try contacting [email]billing@secondlife.com[/email], see if they can help you.
