confused & frusterated, bug questions

I am frusterated I tried to find some information about reporting or even tracking to see if my issue is there and I have utterly no clue.
The group I created and own land at when I tried to post messages I got error message saying I didn't have permission to post.
Most of my friends have disappeared and I have to readd few of them that were online.
Even the group members with my mod rights have vanished.
What should I do?
Or I should I just go away couple days and hope its better?
One friends said the island his shop is at has most of items have vanished. I am not experiencing that on land that I know of. Will it get better or is this something to expect every week they do updates?

I noticed this with some groups I'm in, I can't really explain it except to say it appears LL has broke groups with this update. It may be related to the Friends List not working as well. (You can't very well post if you aren't online!)
