Issues with Inventory since (10)?

Granted, I have a fairly large inventory considering some of my friends' inventories, but I have been waiting for almost 15 minutes for it to load ~12K items. Is this the "fix" on the database problem? Anyone know what might be wrong?

Steps I've taken so far:
Cleared cache, relogged.
Cleared cache, rebooted, relogged.
Tested my connection (fiber optics, hardwired) with www.bandwidthplace.com/speedtest, which reads
Relogged, sit waiting.......waiting......waiting

I recently cleared my cache in the hopes of fixing a random prob (L$ balance and AV not appearing) and after that, my inventory took around 20min to stream in. I'd recommend: not clearing the cache again, instead open the inventory window, search for something (just type in random letters) as this seems to trigger inventory streaming, and then just do something else for a while. If it stalls, type in another search term.
