Abuses... investigated?

I'm paying for the premium account, im paying to own my land... many of you are doing the same, then the question is: where's the "support" against those "abuses"?
Probably i don't know very well how Linden mages these things, then i'm gonna ask to you if i've to "survive" with it and give up, or if there's something "wrong" on Linden side.
I'm gonna explain the scenario:

- Invisible shield: you know what it is... it doesn't just hide avatars (that's not the issue), it creates texture visualization problems... basically you have to move to another land if you wanna the "SL Experience";
- Avatar ban: you then ban that "abuser"... and you think that's a definitive solution, but indeed it's not;
- Alts: the guy creates another account within minutes and it continues his job until a next ban.
- Repeating: do this for X times and you immediatly understand that a ban is not the solution.. then u call Linden.
- Reply: most of the time there's no reply at all.. if you talk with the support they reply: open a abuse ticket ...but it doesn't solve anything.

Now you would say: change the location with another one.. ok this would be a solution, but i have to abandon a sim that i like because these abuses are tollerated by Liden or because they dosn't care at all?
Why Linden doesn't remove these "illegal" prims from the users inventory? Why Linden doesn't apply bans? What Linden doesn't introduce those "certified" accounts?
I know i feel retoric and noob (and infact i am) and a bit childish, to not talk about my poor english.... but does anyone here have a "serious" idea on how this works and how it should works?
Thank you.

PS: a contact by a Linden worker (possibly human) would be highly appreciated.

*chews lip* It was hard to understand the first read, but the second time, I think I understand. Do you have to 'survive' dealing with a griefer? Depends on how the griefing works.

If it's prim litter, for each piece, file an abuse report, making sure to take a snapshot of the offending prim. Then set your land's auto-return on.. I have it on 1, since I run a shop, but you can have it for longer. Nothing says "I'm annoyed," liking returning a person's prim litter to them.

If someone has a prim that is crossing over into your property and causing problems, or is inappropriately using a 'mega prim,' IM the owner asking them to re/move it.. and if that fails to work, AR it, and include a screen shot.

No banning doesn't work. If you aren't a shop owner and don't intend to have a lot of people over, I recommend using a security orb. Unfortunately, I don't use one, so I can't recommend a good brand. Set it to allow your friends, but to keep anyone else out.

But keep ARing, taking screenshots each time! Have your friends do it too, when they are there! It sometimes takes repeated AR's before something is acted on, especially on 'private' property.

I have a long ban list by now, like most shop or sim owners I guess. I never had a griefer coming back with an alt, as far as I know. Usually they get the message and know what they've been banned for.

The only abuse report I had to file was for "grey goo", self-replicating prim litter, something that LL managed to handle by now. An autoreturn time of 5 minutes takes care of the normal level of littering, like empty sales boxes, posing stands and such. In all the other cases of harrassment, caging and weapon usage a simple ban was enough.
