How do I get RL pics from my computer, into the photo folder in my SL inventory?

Under File, Upload Image.
There is a $L10 charge per image, and I believe that it goes into your Textures folder but you can move it and rename it as you please.

Hi there! As a not so long ago newbie...I know what it is like to try to figure out all the SL jargon and how to do tasks in SL. To add a RL picture to SL do the following: 1. At the top of your screen you will see File 2. Click it and click on upload image 3. A window will pop open of all your pictures stored on your hard drive. Double click the picture, name it and hit enter. It costs $10L to upload a picture, so if you are a newbie and don't have any money at all, this might be difficult to do. Thank you for the great detail. As someone who works with lot of jargon in RL i am getting the jest of how outlanders feel when I talk about work. The terms and Abbv. can be right on or very confusing. Your directions were right on the money!!!!
