I sell L$ "IN GAME", not by my website.

I have my sources that I really investigate to see if are ok. My three types of sources providers are:

a) LindeX (sometimes)

b) Island owners

c) Shop owners

I NEVER bought L$ from other sources. Ok, I bought TWO times at the beggining (on december) and when I realize that this L$ might be fraudlent, I start this kind of policy to myself: not buy L$ from suspicious providers.

I have a bank which offers some services like investiments, L$ exchange (sell only) and other. To be my client (for investments) the avatars should provide me some real information. That will be my protection to avoid scammers and other.

This kind of "third part exchange IN GAME" is not prohibid by LL, right?

If you are doing any movement of US$, then your exchange is not purely "in-game" because there are no facilities in SL for transferring US$ between users.

Instead of asking for third-party opinions on what they feel might or might not be prohibited in world take the time to sit down and wade through the Terms of Service:

The Vendex vendors have the option to set a price in US$, but they still actually charge L$, they just vary the L$ price based on the current value of the L$.

Without any vendor at all, if I try to buy something and I don't have enough $L, I get an offer to buy them using $US, presumably from LL. But I'm not sure how that would relate to selling $L ingame.

All transfers of L$ aside from purchasing newly-minted L$ from the official exchange are "in game." All are permitted.

Just be aware that if it turns out that any of the island owners or store owners that you receive L$ from acquired their L$ through fraud, LL may take the L$ from your account, plus an extra amount of punitive L$.
