Double Teleport

When ever I teleport I'm getting a double teleport which leaves me frozen. I have to close SL and restart. Any idea's why this is always happening?

Nope, but it's happened to me occasionally pretty much the entire year I've been in SL...I'd be pretty grumpy if i had to deal with it every time, though. :(

That happened to me once, too, yesterday.

If it's what I think it is, when it starts the 2nd tp just hit the quit/cancel button and u'll be where u wanna be

Uh uh, that just leaves you unable to move. There's really nothing you can do except relog.

Aww It's not what i thought then, mine tp's me and as soon as i hit the new place starts to tp me again, then i click to quit and it works. let me know if u find a fix

Sounds initially the same, actually...perhaps I should say, whenever I'VE tried to cancel a double tp, I've been left stuck in place.

Have that, too, frequently. Sadly, I haven't found a way around than to log out and back on. If I let the unrequested TP continue, it goes on forever and eventually, the client crashes. If I click cancel, I'm stuck and not able to move or do anything.

So, if anyone has found a way around this, I'd be quite interested in a solution, too. ;)

When the double TP has happened to me - if I click "cancel" very quickly, I usually come out and do not get frozen. If I go some way into the second TP before I hit the cancel button, then I usually do get stuck. Click Cancel Quick!
