I own 4096 of land at the moment. On one page it says I pay $25USD for this, then on another page it says I should be paying $40USD. What IS the right fee I should be paying and how much land am I allowed to own for $25USD a month? Thanks!

4096 should be L$25 a month, you get 512M tier free, so you're only actually being billed for owning 3584M.
