How to get disabled account back

My friend applied a basic account serveral days before, now it has been disabled by linden,I guess there must be some misunderstadings. She has only logined in once, barely had time to do illegal things.

then I want to know how could she get her account back.

The only way to get it fixed is to get a hold of LL. She should submit a support ticket as soon as possible. If the system doesn't let her in under her account name, she should use the guest login.

Possible reasons for disabling it so soon? Did she enter a real email? If they tried to contact her and got no response, they would assume she had entered false ID information.

If she used a working email, did they send her a message saying why the account was suspended?

If she hasn't been contacted by LL, what message is she getting that makes her think the account is suspended? (As opposed to a temporary error.)
