I'm missing a large part of my account history. Today, yesterday and a part of saturday. It simply stopped recording my transactions at 19:30 on saturday. Anyone else having problems? I'm used to a delay of up to an hour, but a 2 day delay is a new one.

/Edit: problem solved. I just saw the new inworld transaction history. According to Live Help, the web history is a bit behind.

See Robin Linden's comment in http://blog.secondlife.com/2007/01/26/transactional-data-updated/#comment-147052

"It looks like we have a similar problem with reporting Resident transactional history to the one we had with the summary on the home page. We’re using database replicants to avoid hitting the primary database and adding to the load on them. However, the database replicants are falling behind. There’s nothing we can do short term, but we have some fixes in the queue which I hope will be implemented soon.

In the meantime, if it’s critical that you have accurate information, your in-world transaction history should be current."

Not for me, even my in-world history isn't showing up a sale I made yesterday :(, it hasn't showed in my balance either. My sale was via SL Boutique, I had the confirmation email, but I hear there may be problems there too.

while we are at it can we get the boots out of my butt and the wrench too they keep getting stuck there :(

not sure what's causing that but i know one thing i feel really dumb walking around with no shoes on mainly because everytime i put some on these days they end up stuck to my butt...

if you dont want to miss transactions basically you have to leave your avatar online.. sounds dumb but others are doing this if they can

SL Boutique sales aren't regular item sales; your in-world history will put any income from those in the (non-itemised) "gifts" total.

Will have to check that one out, but last time I looked there were no non-itemised gifts either. We're not talking mega sales here as my business is pretty new, so sales are fairly easy to keep track of at the moment, but hopefully not for too long ;)

Looks like they fixed it in today's update. Great!

Looks like things are probably fixed on the SL front, but not for SL boutique. I'm still waiting for payment from them for my sale nearly a week ago. I have emailed and IM'd them explaining the situation, but as yet have not heard back. Anyone else every encountered a problem like this with SL boutique?

Problem finally solved. 1 email and 2 IMs to SL boutique resulted in no reply, so today I emailed SL support. This evening I received a message saying that I had been paid the money I was owed :)
