I've been trying all week to buy Private Islands at the 'Land Store'. The Lindens won't take my money
 The Credit Cards aren't accepted (the bank confirms they are good), signed up for Paypal, and the Lindens won't accept that, either. (and the bank confirms other Paypals are working...) Emails to Billing Linden go unanswered. Phone calls are on hold for 20 minutes, then routed to an answering machine--with no call backs. Am I the only one? Are all the Lindens working on bug fixes and none are available to take my money? Is the Land Store closed? |

Since February I have had all kinds of problems giving Linden money, oddly enough, never when my premiums come due.

Some people had theirs reset to that of 1-2 day old residents. With PayPal specifically, the default agreement used to be capped at $200/$250 or so, make sure to verify that on the PayPal (or wherever you check that, I don't use PayPal  ).Did you call the regular number? Or concierge specifically? |

Are you a concierge user (ie already own a half sim or more)?
I'm pretty sure you have to be a concierge user to use the Land Store, at least it used to be that way. _____________________

Me too. Reported it to billing and support with no response besides the form reply. Suits me fine though, if LL doesn't want my money, I can find other things to spend it on...
I must say though 'If you don't like it, F-off. is one thing. 'If you don't like it, F-off and KEEP your money' is fairly unusual. Most firms in the process of imploding are only too keen on taking people's money right up to the last moment... |
