How long for ticket being processed?
I have some money problems- during LindeX add credit transaction i was billed twice for an amount of 25US$ (sh**), and money was already transfered to Linden Inst., so of course i submittet a ticket (on 11.07.) and since then no reply i have nowhere found how long does it take for them to answer on a ticket. I also open a dispute with Paypal (yesterday).
I would like to know how long residents must on average wait for a ticket processing.
Thanx.
And still no reply.....

I submitted only one ticket under the new system. Gave up and closed it after 5 days. Next time I'll test the live chat.

Uhh this is really crappy- i have also opened a dispute in Paypal but nevertheless - 6th day is passing and no answer.

I have finished dispute- with online help. They have allocated the money on my account. The live help is much better than the tickets. But it helps if the ticket is already filed, because they then look into in instantly  . |
