Issue with Land

Just bought another lot on mainland. Checked all of the permissions and still having issues. I can build fine. But no one else can create and certain things it says can't place on land because banned from parel. I've checked the settings 10 times and everything is correct. Is this a bug on land or can a person be added to land list (hard to rent land or anything with this issue).

Oh, there is issues with the reion's property lines. They don't match what is shown when you right click on land.

Here is how far off the object is from the line.

Object on Land. And others get errors trying to place something in that area. Plus only I can create onjects on the land even though the permissions are set for others to build.

From the look of it, your "cannot place" error is explainable by the fact that there is a piece of the tree left over beyond that wall. Where the movement arrows are marks the center of the object, so quite possibly you are trying to place part of the tree into the parcel on the right.
Chose "edit linked parts", find that misplaced piece and drag it back to the main tree.

As for the rest, about all I can suggest is if using a group to allow build access, make sure that create is allowed for the group and they have the group tag active. If not using a group, make sure create is ticked for all residents.

The parcel probably has to be DEEDED to a group and not just set to that group, in order for most of the group-related building permissions to work right. I found that to be true on the "set home to here" permission for group roles. They recently made that requirement tighter, and a lot of in-world text still implies that just setting the land to group is sufficient. It isn't.
