So many things are happening, have happened and are threatened to happen it's hard for those who don't have the blogs and forums set to 'home' to keep up. So can those who rarely see the light of day beyond electronic ramblings please answer.. 1) Has gambling been completely outlawed in SL? 2) Have Bots been eradicated? (nasty traffic cheating ones) 3) Has camping been outlawed and eradicated? 4) Has the adult policy been fully implimented so PG and Mature wanderings are predictable? 5) Are LL charging for xstreet listings yet or is there a due date? 6) Will there be script limits per 512sqm say? 7) Is my body an Avatar and therefore banned or an avatar and subject to advisement?  Can i be blue? (ok maybe only 5) is of interest to save me hunting i think i know the answers to the rest  ) .....) |

Short answer, LL only enforces what they get told off, they rarely act on things they see and never go hunting. you can fill in the rest with logic.

(nasty traffic cheating ones) No. Legislated against, but not eradicated. 3) Has camping been outlawed and eradicated? No. There are allowed versions of camping. Using it to game traffic statistics is now against policy. Eradicated? LOL. 4) Has the adult policy been fully implimented so PG and Mature wanderings are predictable? Fully implemented, yes. Predictable, no. Get ready for Round Two. 5) Are LL charging for xstreet listings yet or is there a due date? No. Yes. Nobody knows. 6) Will there be script limits per 512sqm say? Yes. I predict your windows won't tint and your door won't open. 7) Is my body an Avatar and therefore banned or an avatar and subject to advisement? You're an avatar. I was visiting a venue the other day that was essentially a public bdsm/voyeur/sex club. It was on mature mainland... When I asked other visitors why it wasn't in Zindra, nobody understood why it would need to be. |

You are either on Zindra, in an Adult flagged sim, or you aren't. And if you aren't, and you're running sexually explicit activities at a public club, you're in violation of the adult content policy.

Here's a Catch-22 that came up on Zindra Alliance chat the other day: Say I've moved my Adult content to Zindra and still have some Mature land, too. Say I want to give a landmark to my Zindra location from my Mature location. Perfectly legit, right? I mean, they even let us put out landmark givers on the swapped-off parcels during the migration. Except: Suppose my Zindra location has an Adult term in its parcel name or description.  Oopsy. |

I'm pretty sure they were in violation of the adult content policy. You can find their club advertised in search pretty easily... Now they do have big letters at the landing point that basically say "You must be age verified to pass this point", but I don't think that works. |
