So long as you have a paypal account registered yes.
I do, so I know you can.
What you will have to do is add US$ to your account from paypal, there is a link for this on the LindeX page and then transact as normal.

Note that you either have to have credit in your Paypal account already, or it needs to be auto-funded by a debit (charge) card or bank account.
Being auto-funded by a credit card doesn't work...

Newby-prob purchsing L using Paypal

I've only been a Basic member for a couple of days and have tried to purchase more L's using my verified Paypal acct. Is there a limit on transaction amount? I've tried getting 1000 L's ($4.02 US). Although I don't have a credit in my Paypal acct (it'll take a few more days to clear but it's in the works) my Paypal account is backed by bank accounts (that have more than the $4.00 balance inthem, btw). I've had no problems making purchases from RL vendors, even without a credit in my PP acct. Any advice?
