Help ~~I have owned a premium account , but recently I registered a free basic account, and I decided to upgrade this basic account to a premium yesterday, But when I log in www.secondlife.com within my basic account , and I clicked the [ Upgrade to Premium today! ] , I was present a ERROR message : Your account is not yet eligible for premium. ?????? I tried to search the forums but I can't find any answer related to this. anybody can tell me why ? I used the same credit card as my previous premium account , Is this the reason ? Thank you very much Orz

From: Ken March Right, u can't upgrade ur basic account to premium with the same credit card. try use ur other credit card. I use the same credit card for both my main and my alt, and it has never caused any problems. Considering all the LL billing problems in the past week or so, I would think the problem is on their end.
