what is Parcel Directory Fee

Today I got my stipend and less than half an hour later I was charged a Parcel Directory Fee of L$30.

This is the first time I was charged this fee.
I own a piece of land but that's already 3 months or so.

Does anyone know what this fee is about??? Tnx!!
