I am having problems with some of my clothes; I can see them at first then they disappear, leaving me covered in coloured dots (not a good look). Other people see this too. Skirts are a particular problem, but so are some tops. most clothes are fine. Tried rebaking and re installing SL, at best it resolves the problem for a minute, then they go invisible again.
My graphics card is SiS, so have been thinking about getting a new one anyway (although this has been my only problem with images). Would this help?
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Hello Evie and welcome. Linden Lab raised the hardware/software spec required recently.
Have you checked your manufacturer for the lastest drivers. This is what got me out of a fix. You specifically need OpenGL at version 2.0 or above.
I get a lot of avatar image de-rezzing and re-rezzing. I'm not certain what causes this. What processor and RAM are you running on? 1Gb is vital, 2Gb better. Some folk get by with low end cards but there is huge work demanded on CPU and system memory too.
