Okay a friend and I bought land side by side. We each bought 4096 sqm. We want to put stuff like a house etc on the land that will cross the border of our land so that prims are on either side. BUt one side of the house will have far more prims than the other which may over fill one persons prim allowance and underfill the other

What I am wodnering is there a way that our prims can be shared that the prims fromt he two plots can be shared through some sort of group thing or what I think there might be but I am confused on the subject and thought someone could give me clarification.

we are on mainland if that helps

Make a group that you both join, deed the land to the group, and make sure to click the "owner makes contribution with deed".

Make sure you have the group title active when you create things.

Mordos is right. If both parcels are deeded to the same group, their prim limits add up and you could place twice as much prims on one parcel, as long as the other parcel is empty (or 20% on one parcel and 80% on the other).

Be aware though that the owner or owners of the group will have permission to sell or abandon both parcels.
