Lag? has it got worse lately for a reason?

I own a island and recently been going nuts because all of a sudden lag has been so bad can barely move. Now my island is not new to lag but not this bad. Is this because of the new viewer or hardware or something else. Could someone shine some light on this for me?

I'm having MAJOR effing issues too. Reboots help for maybe 30 minutes at a time. It's as though I'm walking through quicksand most of the time on it when there was hardly any lag before.

I'm wondering what's up myself. If it's having voice enabled, you can bet I'm yanking mine as soon as I find out.

It is odd, it is not like the normal the sim is overloaded your viewer is trying to do too much lag, it is very strange spikes of lag. It is almost like the server forgets to send data for a few seconds and then sends it all at once.

At least that is what I have noticed.

I'm sorry. I sympathize with LL's predicament, and I really want it to succeed. But damn, LL really does need adult supervision IMO.

That is a good way of saying what I've been experiencing too. I red grid constantly also (I dunno what it's called). I'll be making things and be happily online for an hour and look up and five minutes later the grid map is red and when I get back, my item is the same way it was when I first started working on it an HOUR before then. That's just ridiculous to have to go through when you are trying to make things for your store! I should be able to work on my island I pay so much tier for and expect it to work.
