How do I shut this thing off ? I dont know who to ask. I dont know which direction its coming from.

Its at MARUNOGERE 245, 142, 60 where I get spammed over and over about 1 time every second.

You can mute the object through the pie menu by right-clicking on it, or open your chat history and scrolling up (make sure the drop-down has the name of the object before clicking mute).

Also, just leave an IM with the owner asking to take it down, and AR it as well.

I feel like I should know this but never have I seen spam this bad.

Ah okies :). You posted coordinates so I thought you knew where it was. Click on the History button, and pick the object name from the drop-down and click mute.

Yes, I would certainly AR the object and/or the owner directly. Spam is spam is spam, and it's never acceptable, no matter what the source or mistaken and misguided justification.

I can't believe how many ignorant people still have these things running. I visited a few stores on the mainland a couple of weeks ago to do a little shopping, and in the space of an hour I ran across at least 6 of them.

Maybe everyone's so used to muting them that even the owners no longer remember that they are there? That's the kindest excuse I can think of, at least.
