I have some questions about sim reservations:
1) If I reserve a sim location, can I give permission for someone else to buy a sim there? (Or is that account the only one that can buy a sim there?)
2) If I reserve a sim location, can I give perimission for someone else to buy a sim North, South, East or West of my reservation?
3) Can I transfer a reservation to another avatar / SL account?
(and no, the answer isn't "Send an email to Linden Lab".)

I'm not definite on this but I'm almost sure the answer is no.
Why? Because Land Barons could reserve certain sims, then try to resell them before ever making a payment.
