Energizer Bunny - Going, Going, Going

Up until now I have experienced little problems with Second Life, On Saturday I started Freezing up, I can't move forward, Backward, Up, Down etc. Then when I do get to move I can't stop, I keep going and Going just like the energizer Bunny. If I try to build something Objects keep reverting back to the original sizes and places, and sometimes I have to watch while the object bounces back and forth like someone is playing ping pong with it, Or making taffy! I am in a New Sim with little action, Almost all of the sim is unoccupied and for sale. I have tried to clear the Second Life cache, and that didn't seem to make any difference. Does anyone know why I would suddenly be having these problems?

I think its just the roll of the dice to be honest. I've had those problems in th past, I'm sure I'll have them again. But they're not constant. Of course if they get to be that then maybe try some of the "stock" responses (clear cache, reinstall, check drivers etc...)
