LL said they were going to upgrade their system by adding more fiber, presumably to increase speed and or reduce packet loss.
My memory is that there was an announcement a while back that this improvement was right on the verge of taking place, but I don't recall hearing that it actually did place, and my packet loss levels don't show any indication of an improvement.
Anyone know if this "more fiber" upgrade took place?

I just remember the whole "hardware upgrade" talk on the blog and then I started reading here that it may not have..... gone well. *ahem*
