Not my day!!

I have just finished building my sky club, after selling all my 64m stall plots off at bargain prices to get the cash to buy land for the club to go above without increasing tier payments.

With the club built, I needed two items - a danceball and a teleporter.
So I bought these two things. I tried to rez the danceball in the club but it failed to appear - yet it disappeared from inventory (it's no-copy) and it hasn't turned up in 'Lost and Found'. So I rez the telepoter on the ground beneath and set the co-ordinates for my club but the machine just keeps me at ground level.

I had other trouble on this land like half the club disappearing but reappearing a few minutes later and also being unable to stream music to land - that's sorted now.

I think I'll wait until tomorrow and have another go with the danceball and teleporter!

Ask the maker of the danceball for another. These things happen! If you explain the situation politely, I'm sure they'll help you out.

As for the teleporter... you're on your own! Or maybe someone else knows about those.

How high up is your skyclub?
Some teleporters will not work above a certain height.
Unfortunately I am not sure what that height is.

You have two choices: -

The first is to move your club nearer the ground
The second is to get a teleporter that specifically says what height is will transport to.

Also ask the person who sold you the teleporter how high it will work to.
