I can log in, my alt cannot

I can log in almost immediately. When my alt tries to log in, the screen just says: "Logging in. Second life may appear frozen. Please wait." He's been standing there for over five minutes.

Anybody know what's going on? More important, anybody know I can get my alt logged in?

Is this a repeatable occurence Lee? If you 'quit' and re-log your main in and back, do you only get the delay on your alt?
I was hoping this thread was asking how to get an alt logged into the forum lol Mine can't grr!

If it's locking up at the region handshake (that's connecting to region), try this. Go to preferences at the login screen, go to Network, Clear Cache. Close the client. Open it again, and go back to preferences/General and at Start Location, try typing Ahern for the start region. Then try logging in the alt.

I had it happen once and it was because the region I had logged out in had stopped responding to anything. I changed login locations and was able to log in. Hope this helps you!
