Is LL there?

It's hopeless is it?

For some reason my ability so sell Lindens was messed up and now I can't sell any. It was fine the past year and a half.

I emailed billing several times now, called there phone number and was on hold Friday and today for 10, 15 minutes and only was able to leave a voice mail. Requested a review 14 days ago and again 10 days ago. It doesn't seem like there is anyone working at LL. I just need this fixed so I can my tier tomorrow which is 75 dollars. Is there any Linden that can fix this that I can talk to directly? I don't know but I need some serious help here and there is no one there that is helping at all. Maybe I'm wrong but it seems crazy to be put on hold for 15 minutes and then only get a voice mail. Why the wait if thats all I'm going to get?

You'll have to keep trying with the phone, unfortunately. Can't say that I've had any success with the phone myself, but persistence should give you an answer. Or tell them to screw off (or not) and just use the SLExchange's selling feature. From what I hear, they're more reliable anyways.

I called a few minutes ago and got through in about 2 minutes. Apparently close to closing time the incoming calls go down.

Don't hope LL will solve ur problem ASAP, u should try another way to sell ur lindens, like as slexchange.com, hope this helps.

Well you`re definitely not alone!


I really despise LL, but love what I do here. So screw them, like someone said.


I`ve now registered on slex and i`ll be using their service from now on.

Using Slexchange will cost me 50 dollars more unfortunately.

Good question. I wish I had an answer. LOL

I am just glad they have acknowledged that there is a problem so those who were not getting a response this past weekend understand that they were not being ignored.

As for the rest of the time...I don't know what's going on. I have never had issues communicating with LL. Sometimes they do not respond as quickly as I would like, but I do get a response.

Yes this has got to be the worst customer service I've seen to date anywhere. Stated as a fact.

I'm sure there will be no problem with them taking their payment from me tomorrow either.
