I don't think that anyone posted yet, I just checked the last five pages on this forum...
My "Available for land purchases" shows 0 sq. meters... It should not. My "Total Land in Use" for my Group shows much more than we have and we get the warning message saying: "Group members must contribute more land credits to support land in use..." It's wrong. That is for the last three days!
I cannot buy more land and I could not tier down if I wanted... I did sent a bug report and opened Ticket.
Is anyone having a similar problem?
This happened since the grid went down lately.
Thank you

If someone has left the group recently, that might be why you don't have enough "land credits" available.

From: Nina Stepford have you checked groupland holdings and locations on the website? what does it say? Good idea - no I haven't, I don't know were to look either. Is there a dedicated section? Searched the FAQ but nothing... From: Broccoli Curry If someone has left the group recently, that might be why you don't have enough "land credits" available. No, it's nothing like that, I should have plenty available, it's a BUG - the interface doesn't look right. It's really annoying actually, because every-time I sell a parcel, instead of getting a credit for it, I get the opposite - MINUS!!!

I have seen that off and on over the past week. It's annoying, but it's not really indicative of anything about the group land status. The best solution is to log in when there are few people online. It seems to work regularly then. (I wonder if they disable group stuff when the game is too stressed) What I've discovered is if you donate tier to the group, or change your tier donation by even 1sqm, the group will suddenly pop up with the "Available for land purchases" and "Total Land in Use" info. That said, if you are seeing "Group members must contribute more land credits..." message, it is indeed the case that it needs to be done. (Did anyone who contributes tier to your group recently leave the group?) Go to the "members & roles" tab. That will give you a list of members contributing tier. You can sort by tier donation and total up all of the tier donated. Hope this helps. It's an imperfect world, and we live to find workarounds. To emphasise something that Skye said if the group's Land & L$ tab says that you need to donate more tier then it is almost certain that you do. And if you don't do it soon you will lose your land.

Thank you for the advice, it's definitely a serious bug, I have less land that it says on the interface, it's actually ridiculously higher than it should be. All the group members are ok as well. It's been going on for three days already and I logged back in/out a lot as well. In fact, to try to fix this, I gave maximum land credit, left with 0, and it's still "frozen". Even without the extra 10% tier bonus, I still have enough land credit, but it's telling me different on the interface.

The Total Contribution and Total Land in Use DOES NOT CHANGE A BIT. So, if this is NOT a BUG, someone in the office at LL is playing with my account. All I wanted to know was if someone was having the same problem lately, that' s all. I appreciate the advice, and I am write comfortable with the land group settings.

Well, in case someone as seen this before, I got my calculator to add all the parcels to try see what the hell is going on. Guess what, the Group Owned Land window is SCREWED UP BIG TIME, it doesn't match the current layout at all, it looks like it didn't update and froze!

If you are a concierge customer, go to the concierge place in SL and sit there until you can get someone to sort it out. Elan's right in that if the system is saying you don't have enough credits, LL can reclaim all of your land. So, if it is a technical fault/bug, grab someone and make them help you. Don't let this one go cuz it could have bad consequences - even if it's not your fault.

I understand what he meant, and I want to make sure people don't always assume that exceptional circumstances don't exist - they do. Could you please tell me where is that concierge place in SL? Thank you

Oh, I got it, is it called Linden Estate Services? It looks like it, but everyone is off line so far.

Stupid bug, but the fix is simple (or was for me).
Change from group to another. That is, put on a different active group tag (not change the land to a different group lol).
Seems something brokein the updater and won't let your flaot update it's data until you change back and forth from group to group. Irritating.

~Jessy Thanks for this suggestion, I did not try that, but will do in case in happen again. I am sure it will, because I have seen it buggy from time to time, but it usually reset itself. Anyway - GOOD NEWS!!! I managed to talk to Spike Linden through Live Support on the web, he saw the problem straight away and he had to restart the region to fix it. It's all fine now - what a huge difference Glad it got sorted before the weekend.

on the webpage, click 'my account'. then look to the right and under 'land' you will see 'group land'. click that and it will show you all the groups you belong to and how much tier you have donated to each. click the group and it will show you the parcels the group owns and their locations. Oh, thank you, yes, I know what you mean now, could have been handy to see what it said there too. I did check my account for any warnings though, but there was nothing at all. The land usage was maxed out, but not exceeded like it was showing on the Group Land tab in world. It was definitely an obvious BUG, nothing less. To tell you more, I got back a 1/4 of a SIM after it fixed, and that's what I expected to be. Now, the bloody "cannot rez" !!! That's another pain in the s Originally, I though you were talking about a dedicated section on the web for latest group topics. lol
