Since Live Help was removed - if the sim crashes and doesn't come back up, who do we contact? The Lindens have really put themselves apart from the residents. Even from the people who have dumped a lot of money into this game.

Once you are in the Support Portal, select "Submit a Ticket". Under Ticket Type, select "Region Issues", then select "Region is down" under Region Request. Fill out the details and submit the request. If your sim is going down frequently, you might submit another ticket using "Performance issue" under Region Request. From the Knowledge Base: From: someone To report a region being offline, please submit a support ticket with the following information:
- The region's name - The time (it helps if it's in 24-hour format, Pacific Standard Time) - Anything unusual you may have observed before the region went offline
Residents with a Premium account can submit a support ticket (or start a Live Chat session) anytime through the Solution Finder.
If you have a Basic account, you can still submit a ticket through the Solution Finder by using the login "guest/guest." Choose the Special Questions - Basic account or Guest Login ticket type. Then, fill out the information. Any other support ticket submitted by the "guest/guest" login will be ignored.

Officially, support portal.
Happenede to me once. There weren't any supporters in the support portal. So I collared a Linden in-world, who helpfully told me I had to speak to the sim owner.
I had a grand time chatting with myself over tea and prims, I can tell you!
