Hi there,
Does anyone know where I can go in SL to find out my figure size (or how I convert the values in the appearance editor), for example 34C-24-36? I'm trying to match my body in SL to my RL body but its difficult when all I've got to go on is a range of 0 - 100 for the different parts of my body.

I believe there is a measurment system at Alady spa. Just type it in in the search and it should come up.

Yea I tried there but all I could find was a height measuring system.

The only way to do it is by eyeballing it. You can measure your height with any of the free avatar height measuring devices floating around but that is about it. I have managed to duplicate my real life measurements pretty much but it took a lot of doing. The important thing to remember is that if you are 5'4" in first life don't expect much success if you make yourself 7 feet tall in Second Life.
Also if you don't add some realistic gravity to your breasts you will look like a barbie doll on steroids.

Seconded. You have to eyeball it. I'd love to see a workable mathematical formula where you can type in RL body measurements and a formula will spit out the correct slider values.

The problem would be doing the messuring in the first place to come up with the formula. I knew someone who used a circle prims system - But a prim isnt a tape measure and its not really very accurate. If someone could simulate a tape messure using Math or whatever we could probably get a formula calculator going

I've been trying to get my figure sizes the same for ages and I'm still not sure if I've managed to get my D cup.
Maybe we need people who can look at you and guess your size? In the same way that when you go to a lingerie shop and the lady's in there can tell you what size you are just by looking at you.

Having looked around shape shops that advertise a woman's measurements with the avatar, and comparing the measurements to my eyeballing, I have concluded that the measurements (other than height) are wild, uneducated guesses.
It's not like you buy your clothes by dress size or shoe size (every shoe size is 0, btw- fun world) or bra size. As if dress/shoe/bra size were universally accurate anyway in real life. Eyeballing it will be more accurate than measuring it anyway.

You are right about the wild guess on shape meassurments. You have to remember one of the very famous shape makers considers Pamela Anderson "Full Figured"
