Not sure if this is a bug or not but pls help me if there's some way of doing this... When... ...selecting several prims and changing texture everyething works fine. ...selecting several prims and changing size, only one prim changes! Why?

That's not a bug, it's just the way it is and always has been. Maybe it'd make for a nice feature, but I think the problem is that the build UI can only show parameters for one particular shape at a time, whereas you can select multiple prim shapes (cube, sphere, cylinder, etc.) Allowing simultaneous changes beyond position/scale/rotate could introduce problems with drawing the prims properly.
So, you can make some limited changes all at once, such as position and rotation, and rescale the entire selected set (via the white corner handles)... but that's it.
Maybe with open sourcing, a feature could be added to detect which prim-types are selected, and if they are all of the same shape... parameter changes could apply to all.
