There is sometimes a glitch that causes it to do that. Try accessing it from another computer and see.

It's happened to me before, for no apparent reason. Was ok later on (can't rmember if I had to reinstall first).
Just happened again (after crashing), reinstalled and still no access....no idea what is happening
